Standing still makes it even harder to move.  It can take me tens of seconds to actually have the result of moving my leg significantly.  Pressing against the Achilles tendon , there’s something to that.  But I am still working-out how much where to press that.  I can still get a sharp shot to the front inner hip or the slip pop.  Yet the timing is different.
