I Try to Understand My Legs   Leave a comment

Sometimes my legs feel sick. I think of what I feel and try to understand the mechanics.  One thing I can do to prevent worsening is to keep my heels down.  I have a concern that if I do not return my rising heel to contact with the ground the lines will tighten and be more apt to be shorter.

New occurrence is the fracture feel at the top of my foot.  My inclination is to move the foot around until I feel the click that gives relief–my foot out of alignment, and as such, hurts.
